Please note: We require your first night’s stay as a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. Any deposit must reach us within 7 days of making the booking. Bank details will be provided to enable easy payment. We accept payments by bank transfer and further payments that are made in person can also be made by cash if preferred.
In the unlikely event of your booking being cancelled or curtailed within 14 days of arrival, we are really sorry but due to being a small business the full booking cost is still due and will be charged to you. We will endeavour to re-let the accommodation on your behalf and, if successful, will refund the cost less your deposit paid. Please read the Terms of Trade for further details.
Please note, we only ever take one guest booking at a time in the main house in order to ensure total privacy. Guests will not be sharing facilities or bathrooms. However, there is a separate, second room available in the house to accommodate larger groups and families if needed.
